No matter if you have taken a seat in Saxony or Thuringia - in the stylish restaurant or in the cozy Kutscherstube, the service looks after you lovingly and the kitchen team spoils you with excellent, sophisticated cuisine, regionally influenced and always freshly prepared. A special highlight is the own chocolate factory with its sweet seductive influences on the culinary creations. There are quality products from regional suppliers, e.g. fresh fish, fruits and vegetables from local fishermen and farmers and fresh herbs from our own herb garden, used by the hunters of our native forests. Of course you can also find the regional wines on the wine list. Pure raw materials are also used in the production of the finest cakes and pies in the in-house patisserie as well as the handmade chocolate and praline specialties. On the terrace you have a first-class box seat.
